Vintage industrial swan neck standard lamp 1950's

An industrial swan necked standard lamp with a black shade and a pattern pierced rim, a tall circular profile column and a heavy cast iron filled rounded metal base.  The swan neck means that the lamp can be directed at any angle from a height above a workstation or desk, the whole piece in black with a brass swan neck and original brass, rotary on/off switch.  

The entire piece is satisfying and functional with some elegant touches in the design.

Sympathetically re-wired with near to original black flex, 3m of flex from the base
